Our client is a well-known CEO/Founder of a natural beauty company and former supermodel. She is a delight to work with, being a spiritual visionary by nature. This is a new role for her, as previously she has just had an Executive Assistant. We are looking for a nurturing, intuitive candidate with experience as a Personal Assistant or Household Manager as well as experience working with children, ideally as a Nanny. Foresight, attention to detail, resourcefulness and a knack for problem solving are essential in this role. You will be working independently often, but be expected to be very-hands on when our client’s children are in town.


    • Managing the household’s schedules and calendars
    • Event planning, organizing, and coordination
    • Arranging appointments for personal and professional needs
    • Scheduling home maintenance and repair work, and supervising the project
    • Handling household bills and administrative duties
    • Running errands and performing necessary tasks
    • Supervision of other household staff, such as housekeepers, private chefs, nannies or governesses
    • Shopping for food, supplies, and other requested items
    • Tend to the general and basic needs of the children while providing supervision to ensure the children’s safety in day-to-day activities
    • Engage children in age-appropriate activities—including free play, arts and crafts, games, and reading—to encourage the children’s intellectual development
    • Supervise homework and assist if neededTransport the children to school, extracurricular activities, social outings, and medical appointments
    • Prepare meals as needed


  • 2+ years experience as a Personal Assistant or Household Manager
  • Experience as a Nanny or working with children
  • Valid full driver’s license and current passport
  • Experience preparing healthy meals
  • Recent and complete references
  • Flexibility in hours and schedule
  • Must enjoy multi-tasking and prioritizing in a self-motivating environment

Location: Los Angeles

Salary: $70-90k based on experience

Hours: full-time, flexible
